Race Report - Ellis Bell

Long Beach was a wild one. We actually got taken out on the formation lap by the pole-sitter, which dropped us all the way to 10th before the race even started. From there it was just about fighting back.

Johannes drove a mega first stint, made some strong overtakes and kept us right in the mix. I jumped in for the second half and after a messy run of pit stops and penalties across the field, we suddenly found ourselves ahead of our championship rivals.

The end was all about fuel saving while still defending. Flat Out Esports were pushing hard behind, but I managed to hold them off all the way to the line. Not how we planned the race to start, but happy with how we turned it around and kept the championship momentum going.
