Bathurst 12H done. What a race.

Qualifying didn’t really go our way and we ended up starting further down the order than we hoped. The lap just didn’t come together, so we knew we’d have some work to do starting the race.

The start was all about surviving the opening laps around the mountain. Bathurst can get pretty chaotic early on, but we managed to keep it clean and avoid the trouble. Once things settled down we started picking off a few positions and slowly working our way forward.

From there it was mostly about staying consistent, keeping the car out of the walls, and taking opportunities when they came. Over the stints we kept making small gains and the race started coming back to us.

By the end we’d worked our way up to P19, which felt like a solid recovery considering where we started.

Overall a really fun race in Split 3 and a great one to finish clean at Bathurst.
